Ability to close data and grammar panel by default when opening DV project

Description

When a DV project is first opened, the Data and Grammar panels are automatically toggled on.  This takes up a majority of the screen real estate and distracts from question the report is supposed to be answering.  I would like to be able to toggle them closed to get the full screen mode of the report and hit save.  That way, when another user opens the report, they see the full screen mode by default but then gives them the ability to toggle the panels open when they want to modify the report.

Provides the appearance of a dashboard in presentation without losing read/write abilities

I can toggle the panels closed so I get full screen mode but as soon as I open it again, the panels are toggled back open again.
