To help speed up load time of OAS DV projects, we need to have the ability to disable calling of custom plugins' JS files and images that are not being used. Only the plugins that are being used by the DV project itself should be called and loaded.

Use Case and Business Need

All of the custom plugins' JS files and images that are installed in our server are called when DV projects load regardless of whether they are being used or not in the DV project. Unfortunately, these load times add up and affect the performance of our DV projects. We therefore need to have the ability to not load custom plugins when they are not in use. This is especially needed on DV Projects that are used by executives where faster load times are expected and end user-level visual customizations are not needed.
