Enhance Notes to contain User & Date details
Description
While Oracle Analytics products provide a capability for business users to add notes in Narrate tab, the notes added will not contain details of user created the note.
This way, when other users access the project online or when project is downloaded and shared with wider user groups, there is no way for users to identify who added the note and when was it added.

Not having user and time information on the note might impact accurate business decision making process.

It would be better to make it more like conversation feature rather. similar features are available in OBIEE with external utility or FAW conversation in Decks/cards.
