Pending Goal Plans report

Hi,

as we approach our PDR process, we are looking at building a report which shows Pending goal plans within our system, so we can begin to chase down managers ETC.

We currently have an OTBI report which shows all goals per goal plan, but this doesnt differentiate between approved/ pending.

Can anyone explain how this can be done?

Admittedly my BI knowledge is not amazing, so if this is a BI report, please can this be explained. IF it is a OBIEE (Drag and drop reports) then I can manage that
