Description
The ability to monitor/audit the emails that users send through DV to make sure they are complying with rules related to access and to make sure they are not sending emails to non-Oracle email addresses and/or personal addresses.
Use Case and Business Need
The idea is that Admins have the ability to monitor and audit emails that users are sending from DV for added security. Currently, users may be trying to send information to others who should not have access to that information or they may be trying to send the information outside the company. With a monitoring process, Admins can stop this from happening.
