Make Chart title alignment customizable for in Dashboard style
Description
While using 'Alta' dashboard style in OAC, we are noticing that chart titles on are always left aligned. Also, the title seems to be running into the chart. I request Oracle to make the chart title alignment customizable.

Use Case and Business Need
We were using these charts already on-prem and they were rendered properly. Business users export these charts to send it to our customer.
In OAC, due to title alignment issue, the charts are not looking the same. The chart title is also very close to the chart. We tried BLFAP in OAC, but the Pie charts are not rendering properly So, we have to swtich our dashboard to 'Alta', but face the title title alignment problem (which is not in BLFAP)

Its very important for us to get title LEFT,RIGHT or Center align for OAC & OAS as well.
