Catalog drag and drop between folders

Description (Required): In DV, it is not possible to simply drag and drop projects into folders. Projects that need to be moved can only be moved by accessing the menu on the project, selecting the move to option then navigating to where the project needs to be moved to. Likewise, folders can not be moved into other folders.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): The above process is tedious when trying to move many projects or folders at once.
