Ability to mark a folder as favorite

Description (Required): Currently, we can only mark projects as favorite. We cannot mark a folder as favorite.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): It not uncommon to frequently visit a whole folder rather than just a project in that particular folder. It would be helpful to favorite the entire folder so it can quickly be found.
