Disable "Print Rows =All" for "Print & Export Option" for the dashboard in our OAC instance

Description (Required):
Prior to migrating to OAC, In OBIEE 12c we disabled the "Print Rows =All" by making the change in the obiee12c/obiee12c_home/bi/bifoundation/web/msgdb/messages/standardviewtemplates.xml . This will make sure when data displayed in dashboard thru "Print"->"Printable HTML"/"Printable HTML" not all rows will be visible but only 25.
Since this requires removing the code from the standardviewtemplates.xml , we can't do this in OAC using System Setting.
We need help to disable this option .
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Fleet Manager hosts the customer data and this data are highly confidential and restricted. We restrict the data to be displayed from the analysis/dashboard to minimum rows. We also control the exporting the data from analysis via OIM role upon executive approval.
Having this option enabled - allow user to display all the data in HTML/PDF and copy them in excel and violates the policy as to who can have access to the customer data.
