We believe encryption of email messages is possible, but the attachments they carry is not encrypted. Is there an option to encrypt the file sent via the agent, or can you verify if sufficient security exists to mitigate the sending of Excel files via email?
Not having the attachments encrypted limits the use of email for protected data and also creates a cyber risk.
