OAC Folder Favorite

Description (Required):
Create option to have folder favorites in the DV side of OAC. Classic or the OBIEE side allows for shortcuts to folders. If a folder had the option to star in DV to create a folder favorite (as the same function as a workbook) it would be a similar feature to that of creating a shortcut.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
As our Workbook catalog is centralized for standardization we update them on a monthly basis. As these workbooks are saved with new naming conventions to reflect the appropriate fiscal quarter or period the favorite then loses its links for all users that have marked the workbooks as favorites. By creating a favorite folder all required workbooks could be accessed from a favorite folder from the home page. This alleviates many users having to navigate through the catalog and re-designate favorites.
