OAC Clear Plan Cache with Rest API in

Description (Required):

Currently in OAC the only way to execute call sapurgePlancache(); is from Administration ->issue sql and execute. There is no process to schedule this with rest APIs like clearing DBcache.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

In row level security , if locations are changed for a particular users in underlying tables, the same is not getting reflected even if user logs out of the OAC application. The changes are reflected when sessions are completely cleared at OCI level where session logout limits are set. Currently we are clearing cache by executing call sapurgePlancache(); from OAC Admin-> issue SQL option. Customer wants to schedule this process at regular intervals so that they don't need to wait OCI session clear or execute this option. Rest API's currently available for DB cache clearance but not for the Plan Cache.
