Tool for Policy Store security migration from OBIEE to OAS

Description (Required): The domain configuration merges the OBIEE policy store from the migration snapshot BAR file into OAS. Most times, this requires user intervention and in some cases, the OAS environment is not properly accessible. This is mainly caused by legacy migrations from 11g to 12c that retained the BI Administrator application role instead of making use of the BI Service Administrator application role.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): The domain configuration merges the OBIEE policy store from the migration snapshot BAR file into OAS. Most times, this requires user intervention and in some cases, the OAS environment is not properly accessible. This is mainly caused by legacy migrations from 11g to 12c that retained the BI Administrator application role instead of making use of the BI Service Administrator application role. In extreme cases, the repository, web catalog and policy store have to be manually migrated with a lot of effort to correctly modify the jazn-data.xml file.
