Capability to add "drop-shadow"/"floating effect" in the visuals in DV

Description (Required):

There should be an option to enable or disable the drop-shadow/3-D effect property on each viz in OAC DV - similar to how each viz looks in the Oracle Analytics mobile app (see attached image) or how the decks look in Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We have several customers (CJ Logistics America, Cummins Inc., etc.) asking to see the 3-D effect that essentially resembles the FAW decks. Some of the customers have been already using this effect in Power BI to use visuals as cards in their landing pages. We have tried to re-create it in DV using the custom background and freeform canvas layout, and it completely elevated the look and feel. However, this approach is not well-suited for different screen sizes.

We have noticed this is already available in FAW and in Oracle Analytics mobile application. The requirement is to have an option for each viz under the properties section where we can enable or disable the drop-shadow effect.
