Consolidate multiple rows in Dataset for employees with more than one Person Ethnicity
Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of): Equity Residential
Description (Required): We are unable to consolidate multiple rows for employees with more than one ethnicity. As a result, when displaying visualization by ethnicity, the numbers are overstated due to employees with multiple ethnicity selected. We have the ability to consolidate the rows in HCM OTBI but not within OAC. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
Use Case and Business Need (Required): Our Leaders have requested dashboards to view headcount as needed. We will be utilizing OAC to grant access to this data which will allow them to see headcount dissected in number of ways (ethnicity, age band, service band, etc). In doing so, we need to ensure the numbers reflected within the projects are accurate. At the moment, the count by ethnicity is being overstated due to multiple races being selected.
Enhancement Request / Service Request: Solution to consolidate the rows so that single record is reflected for each employee regardless of the number of ethnicities being selected.

I'm quite sure this is solvable with modeling. We can give it a try if you would like to share sample data.

@Gabby Rubin-Oracle would like to know more on how to solve this using modeling. We are also having the same problem

Attached is a data flow example, you can see my start and end dataset in the images (remove the ".ai" extension from the DVA file).
