Description (Required):
I am trying to extend a subject area by creating a join between the subject area and the uploaded dataset(excel file).
This works fine when the dataset is joined to a subject area in a workbook but when the same dataset is used in a different workbook to join with a different subject area the joins in the previous workbook disappear.
So the behavior shows that 1 dataset can only be joined with only one subject area when using the same columns for joining.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
I understand as of now the Blending relationships are stored in the tables and not in the workbook. So any blending matches that we add or remove impact the other datasets that use the same tables.
But we have a scenario where the same dataset(uploaded excel file) is required to join with 2 subject areas in seperate workbooks, one for each subject area join. And the join columns are same for both subject areas.
So can there be an extention to the current functionality where we can use the same dataset to join with 2 subject areas using same columns for joins.
