Enhancement Request:

Currently the initial load time of DV home is about 20 to 40 sec which is causing negative UI experience for our end users.

We observed the some of the js files like oject_base.js is taking 10+ sec to download in-spite of having a very good bandwidth between client and server machines.

Ex: GET https://vzinsights-ple.verizon.com/dv/static/ojet/1.0.0.0a3929f7ada6/ojet_base.js

Followed up directly, should be handled by the SR. Will resolve the confusion with support.

    Hello @ANGEL SHIPP ,

    Is it ongoing instance with tons of usage and icons on home page? Is it same behavior with brand new instance ?

    I would engage Product support for this case for performance troubleshooting.

    @Aiswarya G , we have worked with Product support several times, have raised a couple of SRs as well. Troubleshooting resulted in no issues with the DV workbook, network, and product. Oracle support's most current suggestion was to submit an enhancement request through the Idea Lab.
