List of Agents/ iBots

Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of): Oracle
Description (Required): In OBIEE we had offline catalog option, from offline catalog we were able to generate a report for list of all available Agents. We had BI Schema table S_NQ_JOB and S_NQ_JOB_PARAM to get the list(though it is not a suggested way). On OAC we dont have offline catalog option, so there should be an option either in Cosole or Catalog Admin view to get the list of all available Agents.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): Users are looking for the list of all Agent from Developers but in OAC we are unable to provide unlike in OBIEE. Checking in each and every folder for Agent is a very tedious task and may miss some due to permissions.

In the Console, there is the Monitor Deliveries page:
Does this meet your needs?

Hi Alan, in console we will be able to see only scheduled iBots. If any iBot is created and did not run for sometime then we can see that. And moreover we cant download the list from console.

Hi Subhakara, OAC does provide on-line catalog access. Is this an option?

Hello @Alan Lee - Oracle-Oracle ,
Since we transitioned from OBIEE to OAC, we have never been able to open the catalog online using runcat.
We get this error message:
---------------------------------
HTTP transport error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
----------------------------------
During our POC before migration, a member of Oracle told us the feature was currently not available for OAC; this was years ago. Today, I tried again but got the very same error message.
I found this entry in support.oracle...
OAC : How To Open Web Catalog In Online Mode Using Catalog Manager in Oracle Analytics Cloud Instance (Doc ID 2538207.1)
I followed its instrucitons the best i could, and got the error message reported above.
Any clues will be welcome!
Thanks,
Marcelo Finkielsztein

We used to connect to Catalog(online mode) and Admin tool on cloud mode, but after we changed our OAC URLs to Vanity URLs then onwards we are not able to connect.

@Marcelo Finkielsztein At what point are you running into the issue? e.g. after opening the catman UI and trying to connect?

@Subhakara Netala-Oracle Even with vanity URLs, the "Oracle-provided" URL should still work. Did you try that?

Yes. I run runcat.cmd. File -> Open Catalog, enter the values requested on the Open Catalog dialog and get the error message.
Type: Online
URL: https://pmoac-postmediaoac.analytics.ocp.oraclecloud.com/analytics-ws/saw.dll?
user: OACGenericAdmin
Password: ****** (this is a native user with admin privileges)
click OK, and I get the error message reported above.
