Oracle OAS DV pivot table sizing - improve auto and manual sizing features

Description (Required):

The Pivot Table view in OAS DV could be improved with regards to appropriate sizing of the pivot table and its columns both when using the auto sizing feature and manually. The pivot tables often do not use the available space on the canvas and instead show a horizontal scroll bar which should not be there if the column width would be adequately sized and the full available spaces on the canvas would have been used. Comparing with the regular Table (listing view) this issue is not present in the table view.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

In our business domain for reporting and analysis of pharmacovigilance safety data the authorities request reports showing counts of patient adverse events with dimensions on the vertical and horizontal axis thus requiring pivot table views. OAS DV provides significant advantages for producing these pivot reports compared to OAS Analysis (OBIEE) which we use currently. The analysis of the pivot table event counts in DV is much more powerful, flexible and consistent.

Enhancement Request / Service Request:

Improve the OAS DV Pivot Table view to allow the pivot table to use the full space on the canvas and only show the horizontal scroll bar if no space is available on the canvas. Improve the features for adjusting pivot table widths (overall, column, row)
