Auto apply data option for read only users

Description (Required):

The 'Auto apply data' option in DV helps in selecting all the filters before applying which saves the resources by sending only the required query to database. But this option seems to available only for developers and not for the users who have only view access on the DV canvas.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

In Classic we have the 'Apply' button which takes care of this. The server doesn't start running any queries before the user selects all required filters and then click on Apply. But in DV there are a lot of intermediate (unused) queries create in between the selection of the filters.

Would help to have this option for read only users too in order to save the resources spent of unused queries hitting the server.
