Requesting Ability to Move Rows to any spot on the Pivot Table

Description (Required):
Customer is requesting for the ability to move Pivot Rows to any spot on the Pivot Table as currently, Pivot Rows are only allowed on the left of the Pivot.
The concern was first encountered last November 21, 2022. The customer would like to see the Rows in the middle of the Pivot for them to be able to use custom sorts in their workbook.
