Option to turn off mouse scroll ball zoom on graphs

Description (Required):

We often create horizontal or vertical bar charts and choose to set them sorted largest to smallest. Depending on the category, there can be too many bars so we use the zoom functionality. Once we zoom in, we can get it to the size we need and then it creates a scroll bar. The scroll bar is very small. We are also accustomed to using the mouse scroll bar to scroll up and down the page. When you are scrolling around a page and hover your mouse over the graph, it will start to zoom the graph in and out unintentionally. I would like to be able to lock the zoom on the graph so we can scroll up and down the graph and using the scrolling ball on the mouse.
