Exporting DV Canvas via dashboard is currently not supported

Description (Required): In order to to schedule a Dashboard to email out, I had to create same DV in self-service and same content as Analysis in classic due to currently Exporting DV Canvas via dashboard to XLS not supported. it would be great DV can be used in Dashboard to export them out.

Use Case and Business Need (Required): We are building a daily OAC team dashboard distributing to key users regularly via XLS/EMAIL.

@Thomas J Lee There is for pretty long time (created in September 2021) same idea: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/585790/correct-export-pdf-excel-of-interactive-dashboard-with-embeded-dv-project - created by me, without any attention by Product Mgmt (still in Submited status). So let's make a synergy a vote for this idea. Thnks.

Please update this function on next patch because Customer's Reports base on DV Workbook and they're cannot use function scheduler for Email Alert.
