Summary:
I have few queries related to KPI's calculations :
- what is difference between quarter and period filter in FAW and every org has different quarter based on which calendar they are following. In FAW where exactly we can configure this or which calendar it's follows ? Jan to Dec
- in turnover analysis , total headcount is showing which is prebuilt metrics and counting (ACTIVE.SUSPENDED) employee but that number is still not close to what we have in our HCM application ? why there is so much deviation with data
