Customize - User Role Membership Report

Summary:

I want to customize the 'User Role Membership Report', but when I look in the shared folders I do not see a report of this name. Is it possible, and if so where is it?

Or if it is not possible, is it possible to see what sql the report is running, as I need to recreate a subset of the report and I am having difficultly in locating the source of the 'department' and 'policy stripe' fields?
