obiee 12 Installer part 1 not working as expected

Question

Hi Team,

I am unable to run the  fmw_12.2.1.0.0_bi_windows64_Disk1_1of2 -->  setup_bi_platform-12.2.1.0.0_win64 downloaded from

Oracle Business Intelligence 12c (12.2.1.0.0) Downloads.

I get below attached.. Not sure why i am getting this errors.. Did any one tried downloading the installer and run it ..??

Any help is most appreciated  ..

Hello, i suggested to do the steps the have the id document: 2097491.1, did you do the steps?.. SR is available for.customers and.oracle partners.

Are you suggesting me to add an SR with Oracle Techsupport.If so i don't have any Support Identifier to create a ticket.

So could you please suggest..

Please, apply the Oracle note:

OBIEE 12C Will Not Installl on Windows 64 bit platform with "Could not extract the archive since its corrupted. Error Code = 1" - 2097491.1
