Biee12c presentation service crashed periody

HI everyone,
I have an issue in our windows2012R2 production environment, the presentation service crashed about once a week, when i login analytics,get 500 error.
But in the em, the status are all on, no service down. I checked logs,
in the bi_server1.log, i got error

in the obis1-diagnostic.log,got error

If it's presentation services that's crashing, you need to also look at the sawlog.log.
And if it's crashing, you need to raise an SR.

in the sawlog3.log file, many invalid path error, but i check that the path is exist
