OBIEE / Essbase Error

OBIEE 11.1.1.7 / Essbase 11.2.4

I get the following error when I run a report on an Essbase cube:

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: [nQSError: 96002] Essbase Error: Error executing formula for [REGION DEFINITION] (line 0): Recursion limit [128] reached (HY000)

Does anyone know a fix for this error.
