FAW AR Aging by Profile (Collector, Credit Analyst, Credit Classification, Profile Class,….)

Description

APL requires the ability to analyze AR Aging data by the following options:
• By Profile options
o Collector
o Credit Analyst
o Credit Classification
o Profile Class
• By Sales Rep
• By Order Type
Can you please advise when Advanced Collections “Credit Management” will be available out of the box.

Use Case and Business Need

The business was able to classify AR Aging on basis of Customer Profiles like Collectors etc. in the OBIA application but since we are moving to FAW, these attributes are no longer available in the out of the box FAW Analytics Subject Areas.

The requirement is to analyze AR Aging data by the following options:
• By Profile options
o Collector
o Credit Analyst
o Credit Classification
o Profile Class
• By Sales Rep
• By Order Type
Can you please advise when Advanced Collections “Credit Management” will be available out of the box.

We need all collections data to be made available in OTBI to enable the Collections Management team to monitor team activity and performance as well as add data into other AR reporting

Advanced Collections is on the long term roadmap, but in the mean time please use the extensibility framework to extend the AR Aging Subject Area where as out of box capability you can slice and dice details by time, customer details, business units, and AR transaction details, in addition to GL account, GL balancing segments, and non-qualifying GL segments of chart of accounts.
