Organization Name

Bolton Council

Description

Absences of absence records, absence cases and associated documents to be available in a subject area to allow us to build a report that would show a complete picture of an absence or multiple absences for a given employee.

This would prevent the current maintenance stand alone spreadsheets or the building of data models

Use Case and Business Need

We need to provide this information to our Hr managers for when they are discussing with staff and managers about absences.

Thank you for your response I have built a report with absence dates but I have not seen the ability to add absence cases and the associated documents in one report. Have I missed something as I had put off building this report so is still on my to do list.

  • hi @Sharon Harper - Can you also help us with the use case wherein you need Absnece Case & Associated document in an analytical report ?

    Hello,

We use the report to look at people who have been absent to monitor what actions we have taken with them to check that we are following our absence management process and to inform management what actions we have taken with long term sickness to understand what further support may be needed to the individual.
