Unable find the link between fullfillment split lines to splited deliveries

Description (Required):

Shipment is done against Sales Order and Receipt is done against PO. Shipment table does not store Receipt document info so only way to join them via Fulfillment Id.

Order has 2 Receipt document against PO and 2 shipment document which result cartesian join and returns 4 rows.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Order# 3369(4-1) & Shipment# 1266459 - One Order line fulfilled against with two PO's and also shipped those in two delivery lines. whenever we have joined orderliness with fulfillment lines Cartesian each other. What is the join two get unique data

This Back order do not have any supply order number and supply order documents but in the back-end tables for closed order line and back-order line is having same fulfillment line and tracking line number. So, from the back end instead of showing three lines it is showing the four lines which same tracking document numbers.
