Include GL Segments in [Financials - AP Hold] subject Area in FAW

Description (Required):

Using [Financials - AP Hold] subject area there is no presence of GL Segments to use - which opens up for ability to use Cost Center Hierarchy for example.

All other [Financials - AP] subject areas DO have this GL Segment functionality.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Ability to use Cost Center Hierarchy from within [Financials - AP Holds] subject area. So it is not necessary to combine with [Financials - Invoices] subject area to have the ability the present/use the attributes underlying GL Segments.

Enhancement Request / Service Request:

Include GL Segments in [Financials - AP Holds] subject area, just like all other subject areas (AP Aging, AP Expense, etc.)
