BI Publisher Cache Issue?

Hi,

I have experienced when uploading a new template to a BI Publisher Report, the new template doesn't show when I run the report. According to this document ID 1946497, this is due to a catch issue. I followed the steps documented in here: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=439511919303911&parent=WIDGET_RECENTLY_VIEWED&sourceId=1942521.1&id=1946497.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=1padi067p_214

But I don't have the link Manage Cache link mentioned in step 3 (maybe this changed after version 11.1.8.0.0). What other recommendations?

Are you logged with administrator user? then only you can able to clear cache ,Thanks
