BIP Desktop 12c and Office 2007

Summary
BIP Desktop 12c and Office 2007
Content
Hi!
Is that really possible? If I remember correctly, OFfice 2007 didn't even had a 64bit version.
I'm basically not seeing BIP Tab in Word, and even after selecting it from Word Components it does not appear.
I know that kind of isue is very common with other Office versions, but I'm just curious wether or not I should continue trying to make it work, or just go ahead and use BIP Desktop 10g.
And if at the end I use BIP Desktop 10g...could that connect to BIP 12c server?
Thanks!
Daniel

BIP 12c is compatible with word 2007 32 bit.download bip 12c 32 bit template builder and install.
If word is 32 bit then install bip template builder 32 bit.

I downloaded and installed Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.2.0 for 64 bit Office on Windows
Then I went to Word and no AddIn showed up on toolbar. So I went to Options > Addins And I saw BI Publisher Addin UNCHECKED. I checked it back, click on Accept and still no Addin, even after restart.
I also checked "enable or disable template builder" no difference.
From Windows Event Logs I see how the "LoadBehavior" value(for TBAddIn) on regedit changes from 3 to 0 each time I open Word.Maybe a Java Issue? don't know

Did followed all the steps while installing template builder.
If your word is 32 bit then download and install 32 bit template builder.
Go to start menu in computer ,check enable or disable template builder ,where you have to enable template builder.
Go to Ms word options ,then manage ,select disables items ,if bip add is visible enable it. Thanks
let me know if you have any issues.

Thanks. So I might then be dealing with the common problem of BIP Addin not available in Word Toolbar...

Weird.
I went to BIP Desktop Installation folder, and I cannot find TemplateBuilder.dot
I understand .DOT files should be there right?
