Hello,

We are using BIPublisher 10g (v.10.1.3.4.2)  to print the reports from our software.

Some of these reports include a graph.

BI Publisher 10g is running on a RedHat Linux environnment.(v5.11)

Sometime, for an unknow reason, it's not possible to show/print the reports including a graph.

When I'm looking into the log file generated by BI Publisher , I find this message :

17/03/14 08:55:05 BI Beans Graph version [9.9.9.40.4350]

[031417_085505840][][ERROR] java.lang.RuntimeException: BIB-7000 Cannot access X Server.

Is there anyway to fix this issues ?

The only solution I have now is to restart the server .

Is it an issues with the RedHat Xserver. If Yes, how can I just restart this service ?

If it's an issues with BI Publisher, what can I do to fix this issues ?

When I'm trying to restart BI Publisher, the issues is not solved, I have to restart the server to fix it !

Once the server has been rebooted, then the report is ok again !
