i work with oracle bi publisher 11.1.1.7 plugin word

i read this article

that speak about DTD  file, that make easier the graph customization with an editor xml

where i can find the DTD file ?

I find the Graph.dtd file in dvt-jclient.jar(oracle\dss\graph\) in C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\jlib
