Two BI Publisher enviroments, different time output
Summary
Two BI Publisher enviroments, different time output
Content
Hi guys. I have a big question about time output, GMT's and date/time visualization.
I have two Business Intelligence Publisher 12.2.1.2.0 enviroments, Dev enviroment and QA enviroment. Each enviroment with their own DB repository (Oracle 11.2.0.4 in both cases), same operating system (oracle Linux 7), same tzdata, same java version (8U131), same java tzdata, same operating system timezone.
So, i create a simple table report into Dev Enviroment with a "select sysdate from dual" data and "Ignore User Timezone" option. Time display correctly.
Then, i export report from Dev Enviroment to QA Enviroment, and when i run report time display incorrectly.
Dev enviroment output. Running with weblogic account.

QA enviroment. Running with weblogic account.

but it's 17:11 in my clock!!!
when i try to config weblogic timezone, no option are displayed in both enviroments.

yep, it's a blank panel.
Any idea?
Help guys.
Thanks
