How to print Continued in Next Page Number in RTF template in Bi Publisher

I have a requirement where in if table data splits across  pages in Bi Publisher Report then we need to print 'Continued in Next Page Number' ,say for example if data in table splits from page 2 to page 3, 4 and so on  then at bottom of page 2 I need to print 'Continued in Page 3' , at bottom of page 3 I need to print 'Continued in Page 4' and so on.How can this be achieved?

We are able to print 'Continued'  at end of each page but here requirement is if table data splits across  pages in Bi Publisher Report we need to print the next page number as well like 'Continued in Page 3, 'Continued in Page 4' and so on.
