Custom Font should print in BIP PDF

Need your help regarding the font changes in BI reports for JDE, We were developing the RTF template with Custom font and the same font should be printed in PDF when we run the job. Can you please help us advise as how to change the font ?

Font name is “ImagoBQ-light” is installed in Fat client as well as development server, but when we run the BI template the required font is not coming in reports.

Please advise.

Hi,

In EBS under BI Publisher we have option to register the font that will reflect in pdf output. Not really sure if this is there in JDE.

But just posted if it triggers some clue for you to check further.
