BI Publisher - RTF cell borders based on condition

Hi,

We have created an RTF template in BI Publisher which outputs an excel file. In the excel output we need the cell borders/gridlines based on some condition. For eg. we need borders for only subtotals and total and the remaining rows should be without any border.

Please share the syntax for it.

Hi

Do you not have the sub total and toal rows defined in the RTF template already? If so, you can add the borders you need by using a table (even a single celled table) around the values.

That said, I would recommend using a table for everything in the RTF template so that it 'translates' to an excel sheet with cells more completely.
