How do I create Insights in DVD v4?

I have just downloaded DVD v4 and have been using some sample data to figure it out but I am having trouble using features that have been present in previous versions.

In previous versions there is an "Insight" feature (e.g. v2), and although I can find user manuals for previous versions online,  I haven't come across a v4 user manual.

If anybody has any idea on how to create insights on DVD v4 that would be hugely appreciated!

    in v3 (and v4) the INSIGHT option has been updated/replace by 'NARATE', it works in the same way as insight and to me at least makes a bit more sense on the flow (prepare, visualise then narate) finally present...
