DVD - Fetch Connection Failed

Hello Folks,

I'm using the latest DVD version (12.2.4.0.0-20171024214116) and I am trying to create a dataset using a connection to a Sales cloud environment .

I'm successful in creating the connection, but when I try to create a dataset , I get an error message saying "Fetch Connection Failed" Internal Query Error.

I am not presented with any other information. As a user, How do I know what the problem is and what steps I should follow to debug the issue?

Appreciate if anyone has any thoughts or ideas on how I can best resolve this problem.
