BI Publisher Excel not showing all fields on server

I have build an template that is working correctly in the template when I run a preview on the fat client.

However, not that we have moved to the testing server and the template is generated over the same data many fields are not showing on the excel output.

The data is set up as a header with detail records.  The detail records are showing but the header data is not.

Version 11.1.1.7

Please share your template. If the data are not visible, it could be due to your syntax on your meta data sheet.
