When I change the borders of a table in the rtf to the way I want them to be, save and upload the template to XML Publisher, it works great.

 

I close out of the rtf and when I open it back up, the borders are back.  It's like I didn't change a thing.  What am I doing wrong?

 

I load my sample data prior to doing anything, I learned that the hard way.  I'm using Word 2010 and BI template builder for word 10.1.3.4.2.  Not sure if that matters or not but wanted to add that in there.

Shari - Please try closing all the applications clear the cache , remove temporary files and even reboot you machine. Sometime with MS word when you run the report multiple times it may hold it the cache .. hope this helps
