Hi, after a BI Publisher upgrade from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.9 the non administration users are unable to schedule reports, all the upgrade process was successful

Hi,

Please check the roles assigned to the users and make sure they have the 'BI Publisher Scheduler' role.
