Oracle DVD - Any Performance Tune options ?

Hi Everyone,
Oracle DVD on my machine is facing a severe performance impact.
RAM : 8 GB
Total Data Sets : 12
Total Projects : 8
Total Data Flows :2
I cant able to work continuously more than 30 minutes. The Product become very slow to handle ( I am having 5 to 8 visualizations in each tabs || Total tabs in each Project : 6)
Request your kind advise with any Performance Tuning tips please.
