Not showing all files in shared option in the datamodel file selection

Hi Gurus,

i have placed my excel file in demo source name in BI publisher, when i am trying to access that file with shared option. It is not showing my excel file. Its only displaying all xml files.

 

but local is working for me

 

but in oracle bookshelf it is showing

 

 

to display all files in shared, is there any property we need to set?

My issues is when i choose shared option its displaying only xml files not other files. to display other files is it required to set any property?
