Hello all,

 

I downloaded and installed Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.3.0 for 32 bit Office on Windows and since then I was having problems using a report with a sub-template.

When I direct the report to a local sub-template everything worked fine with my old version (12.1.4.0.0) but with the newest version I am not able to use sub-templates stored on a local drive.

When I run the report it will tell me that I don't have access to the subtemplate.

Tried several sub-templates and reports that worked before installing the new update, but all gave the same error about access rights.

(sorry, didn't save error message)

Problem accured with using both Word as the Template Viewer for the output.

Tried to put it outside the userprofile (D: drive), but still the same issue.

Checked the rights, gave every user full control, still no luck.

 

I uninstalled the newest version and reinstalled the older one and it works again.

Please fix this issue.
