Issue adding image in RTF template - BI Publisher report

Hi All,

How to add any image in RTF template?? not in header but in middle of the page.

cause after adding image when i try to preview report MS word stops responding  and then it throws error "Run XDO Start".

any idea???

one other reason could be the image size is big or its out of bounds etc..
