DVD - Our internal internet connection appears to be preventing Maps from rendering

Using Oracle DVD 12.2.4.0.0.

The map layers are not rendering on our network. We get the following results when trying to plot latitude and longitude coordinates using the different map types:

Thematic - The coordinates plot, but the background is blank

Oracle BI - Nothing plots or loads

Oracle Maps - The coordinates plot, but the background says 'No Image Available'

We have tried from other networks and the map layers render correctly.

It is our internal internet connection that appears to be preventing the maps from rendering.

We need to know what we should do to get our internet connection to allow the maps to render.

If you run DVD in your browser (by just pointing to the right port or using the SDK mode) you will be able to use the developer toolbar of your browser to identify the domains to whitelist in your network.
